Based in Tigard, Oregon, Bart is an accomplished artist raised in South Dakota and Nebraska. He grew up immeresed in art, graduating from the University of South Dakota with a BFA in printmaking and gallery management. He has worked in galleries across the United States, and since established himself as a successful art publisher.
